Jennifer is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant (C.H.N.C.), and has training in energy and body work. She is well versed on offering wellness advice and guiding customers on their holistic health journeys.

When booking  one-on-one consultation with Jennifer, she will go over a comprehensive lifestyle assessment form with you. This tool is useful to help gather information and data to assist in helping you find your next right steps with your current health goals, interests, and/or concerns. We will address lifestyle changes, easy whole food additions, supplementation recommendations, mindfulness, and stress management options, as well [when applicable] to move through blocked or stagnant energetics in the body. Jennifer has no hesitation to refer out to an alternative practitioner if she feels it would be of greater support. Your healing and health is about you, and how you want to experience and be experienced.

Our initial consultation is set up in 2 appointments. 

In the first appointment (1.5 hour) I will be gathering information from you and learning more about your unique health concerns and your goals. I will be making general recommendations throughout this appointment. When you return for your follow up appointment (30 minutes) you will have a full health plan to work off of that will address all areas of your health.  

The initial consultation is where I gather enough information for me to make the best recommendations on what your unique plan will be, the second appointment is when we move deeper into your personalized plan of diet and lifestyle modifications, the science and research and set specific goals for you to move towards.

- Vaccination Record

As we want to keep you and our staff safe and healthy please follow these instructions, so that we can ensure your appointment goes as smooth as possible. 

1. Prior to arriving at the appointment please have your consent form completed. This can be completed by visiting www.careatmypharmacy.com. At the website please select - "COVID-19 immunization".

NOTE: A form must be filled out for EACH family member. Make sure you have your Alberta Health Care Card with you when filling this form out. A BARCODE and a PIN below will be generated once completed.

We ask that you e-mail a copy of this barcode or PIN number to rx@twopharmacy.ca ahead of arrival. You can send us a screenshot OR a downloaded PDF of the barcode OR simply send us the PIN number generated. 

Note: if you are unable to complete this step, please call the Pharmacy PRIOR to your appointment and one of our staff members will help complete it for you. 

2. On appointment day - Please arrive at your appointment 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

3. Once you arrive at the Pharmacy please head into the pharmacy and check in at our reception area to check in with our staff.

4. Once the Pharmacist is ready, they will come greet you. 

5. The Pharmacist will then complete your injection and give you any further instructions, if necessary, at that time. You will be required to wait for 15 minutes after your appointment to monitor for any reactions.

P.S - IMPORTANT TIPS for you appointment:
PLEASE AVOID WEARING TIGHT FITTING CLOTHING. WE WILL NEED ACCESS TO YOUR SHOULDER AREA FOR THE INJECTION. A T-SHIRT IS PREFERRED. 
If you feel like you need more than 5 minutes for your injection appointment due to prior fainting or serious reactions to vaccines please let us know prior to coming in so that we can accommodate.
